Intro to Tiffanie

Non-traditional salespeople are attorneys, accountants, consultants, entrepreneurs and anybody who doesn't like to sell, doesn't know how to sell and feels it's not in their nature. Her philosophy is Everybody Sells!™. Tiffanie single-handedly changes the way people think and feel about the concept of selling through her engaging and interactive presentations. Her audiences walk away transformed by the realistic techniques that can be implement immediately.

Her highly successful book, "Sales is NOT a Dirty Word: THE Inspirational Selling Guide for Non-traditional Salespeople" has been bought in bulk by professional services firms and expanded businesses with the simple, yet powerful sales concepts and practical techniques. She is in demand because she easily adapts to and identifies with diverse audiences due to her innate abilities and her worldly travels throughout the US, Mexico, Caribbean, Western Europe and Australia.

Armed with an advanced business degree and over 17 years of sales experience within several different B2B industries, she practices what she preaches and people are drawn to her motivating demeanor. In addition to teaching college-level courses, Personal Selling and Principles of Management, she enthusiastically designs and delivers educational resources, seminars and speeches based on her message, Everybody Sells!™

I have a different selling style and technique
than many traditional professional salespeople-and it works!

It wasn’t until much later that my selling style was recognized and appreciated by those folks who didn’t know how to sell, didn’t like to sell and frankly didn’t want to sell. I now call them “Non-Traditional Salespeople”. 

My philosophy was born: Everybody Sells!™  

  • college students selling themselves to get that first job in the workplace
  • community leaders selling ideas to their constituencies
  • professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs selling their services and products

This philosophy may not surprise you, but the reality seems to be that  very few like the idea of being considered a “salesperson”. Most people have a misconception of what selling is all about and are jaded by the stereotypical images of sales and the bad experiences they may have had when somebody was trying to sell them something.

“Sales” doesn’t have to be a dirty word!  It may be a lofty goal, but it’s my hope to change people’s mindset on what selling is REALLY all about: helping people, solving problems, fulfilling needs and creating win-win situations based on solid and genuine relationships. Call me an idealist!

As a member of the National Speakers Association, Toastmasters International and the Institute of Management Consultants, I consider myself an inspirational speaker and trainer, offering a blended learning approach of sales concepts for non-traditional salespeople.  I inspire non-traditional salespeople to better understand and appreciate the concept of selling.
